Feedback on service and product quality is vital for determining if any correction is needed and to reinforce what is working from the public point of view. The surveys provided will ensure that the positive factors are known, for reinforcement and any negative opinions or situations are handled. The survey was designed in such a way as to actually generate and capitalize on referrals from those who are pleased with the products or services being provided. Specific steps are provided to implement the program.
