employee evaluations

After many years of surveying and working with employees and owners alike, it became apparent to us that in many cases, employees did not really know how their production-or lack of it-was perceived by management. And, in most cases, management was not fully aware of the opinions and viewpoints of their staff. As a result, we developed a set of unique employee evaluation tools which provide a format for two way communication between management and staff. This unique format permits self-evaluation by the employee which is then matched against evaluation on the same criteria by the management, thus stimulating agreement on any areas of difference. Specific steps are provided for implementation.
